One of the latest institutional open-access policies comes from Harvard Business School (hat tip to Stuart Shieber).
This is the same school that plays horrendous anti-library, anti-education games with their flagship Harvard Business Review.
My head hurts.

As a former business librarian in a public library setting, in regards to the Harvard Business Review (not to mention the case studies),I can only say: Once again, you have hit the nail squarely on the head!!

It was news to me that HBR is NOT peer reviewed. Will their prestige suddenly plummet?
