The company is now looking for an outstanding Microbiology Technician to help support top research and development.

Required Background/Skills:

• Has hands-on microbiology lab experience, including aseptic technique, media preparation/sterilization, serial dilutions, plate count, organism culture technique, Gram Stain technique, and organism identification
• Knoledgeable in basic microbiology efficacy testing including CLSI and USP procedures
• Experienced with GLP/GMP practices in medical or pharmaceutical environment, and is proficient in basic applications in Microsoft Office
• Able to follow documented lab procedures and organize/document laboratory work
• Experienced in Microbiology lab cleaning and equipment maintenance
• Shows attention to detail and works well in diverse R&D team
• Preferred experience using microplate reader
• Requires BS in Microbiology or Biology with minimum 5 years experience or MS with 0-3 years Microbiology experience.
